We, KAVUKCU FLOUR MILLS, is one of the leading wheat flour producers and exporters of Turkey.

Our daily production capacity is 550mt of wheat flour and 40mt of pasta from our three production facilities; Ulas Gida Un Tekstil Nakliye Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., Dost Gida Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., and Dost Makarna A.S.

Our production facilities are strategically located to ensure the fastest and most effective delivery of the products to the main transport points such as Tekirdag, Istanbul, Mersin, and Samsun ports, railways and highways.

We service to the leading wholesale and retailers, wholesale and retail bakeries, along with both bakery and food service distributors, with a full line of high quality flours and pastas. In addition to our domestic sales, as the leading wheat flour exporter of Turkey, we are curently exporting to more than 25 different countries from Panama to East Timor. 

We have more than 85 years of experience in the flour milling industry. We have a broad knowledge in flour and pasta production, logistics, marketing, and exporting. Our big storage capacity, 68,000 metric tons of wheat, 17,000 metric tons of flour, 40mt of pasta, and our logistics capabilities enable us to serve our customers even with their most challenging needs.

In Kavukcu, we do believe in excellence in production, quality control, logistics, and customer satisfaction. As the first step of Total Quality Management, we have acquired ISO 9001 and HACCP quality and hygiene standards. Our company has also acquired SNI( Indonesian National Standarts), HALAL, and KOSHER certifications to adapt to the unique needs in different markets.
